Reed Smith recently announced the hire of Evelyn Wang as partner in its Hong Kong office.

 

Evelyn Wang has a wealth of experience working on debt finance transactions, on both the borrower and lender side, including cross-border leveraged and acquisition financing, margin financing, and fund financing in Greater China and Southeast Asia. In addition to structuring and executing finance transactions, Wang also has a strong track-record for originating deals.

 

Prior to joining Haitong International, Wang was with Kirkland & Ellis and trained at Simmons & Simmons.
