On December 2nd, Evergrande Property has successfully completed its listing on the main board of the HKEx, raising a total found of around HK$ 14.27 billion.

 

Huatai International, UBS, ABC International, CCB International, CITIC Securities and Haitong International acted as joint sponsors, joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners.

 

Sidley Austin, King and Wood Mallesons and Conyers Dill & Pearman acted as the legal advisors to the issuer on Hong Kong and U.S. law, PRC Law and Cayman Islands law respectively.
