Tianqi Lithium Corporation successfully completes its listing on the HKEx

Lithium producer Tianqi Lithium Corporation was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 13, raising total proceeds of approximately HK$13.458 billion.
Established in 1995 and headquartered in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, Tianqi Lithium Corporation is the world's largest lithium producer and the second largest supplier of battery-grade lithium carbonate in the world, and was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on August 31, 2010.
For this IPO project, Morgan Stanley, CICC and CMB International acted as joint sponsors.
KPMG acted as the audit advisor.
