On December 8, 2021, Weibo Co., Ltd. has successfully completed its secondary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising a total of approximately HK$3 billion.

 

Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, CLSA and CICC acted as joint sponsors of the offering.

 

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, TransAsia Lawyers and Maples and Calder provided legal services to the issuer in respect of Hong Kong and US law, PRC law and Cayman Islands law respectively.
