SenseTime completes its listing on the HKEx

On December 30, 2021, SenseTime was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising a total of approximately HK$5.775 billion. 

 

 

CICC,  Haitong International Securities Group Limited and HSBC acted as joint sponsors of the offering.

 

Clifford Chance and King & Wood Mallesons acted for the issuer in respect of Hong Kong and US law and PRC law respectively, BGA Law (Cayman) Limited acted for the issuer in respect of Cayman Islands law.

 

Slaughter and May and Zhong Lun Law Firm provided legal services to the joint sponsors in respect of Hong Kong and US laws and PRC laws respectively.

 

Pricewaterhouse Coopers acted as the reporting accountant and independent auditor for the offering.
