Zhihu's completes its dual major listing on the main board of the hkex

On April 22, 2022, Zhihu was dual-listed on the Main Board of the HKEx(stock code: 02390.HK), which is the first Chinese Internet company to return to Hong Kong with a dual primary listing. Prior to that, Zhihu was listed on the NYSE on March 26, 2021 (stock code: ZH).
Han Kun and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom advised the issuer for PRC law and Hong Kong & U.S. law respectively. Jingtian & Gongcheng and Clifford Chance advised the sponsors for PRC law and Hong Kong & U.S. law respectively.
