Hongjiu Fruit successfully completes its listing in Hong Kong

On September 5, 2022, Chongqing Hongjiu Fruit Co., Ltd. ("Hongjiu Fruit", stock code: 06689.HK) was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The total number of shares offered by Hongjiu Fruit in this global offering is 14,012,500 H shares (if the over-allotment option has not been exercised). After deducting the issuance expenses and other expenses, the net amount of funds raised is approximately HK$496.8 million. Hongjiu Fruit becomes the first Domestic fruit sales companies listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. At the same time, a total of 296,516,495 domestic unlisted shares of Hongjiu Fruit were applied for and approved for “full circulation” of H shares.
It is understood that Hongjiu Fruit was established in 2002. It is the world's leading and fast-growing multi-brand fresh fruit group. It focuses on the operation of the whole industry chain of high-end imported fruits and high-quality domestic fruits, and is committed to building a brand fresh fruit supplier and a fresh fruit supply chain brand service provider.
