MTT Group successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

On September 26, 2022, MTT Group Holdings Limited ("MTT Group", stock code 02350.HK) completed its initial public offering and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising a total found of around HK$ 132.81 million.
MTT Group is an IT solutions provider established in Hong Kong, principally engaged in the distribution of IT products in Hong Kong and the provision of system integration solutions in Hong Kong, China and Macau.
In this listing, Innovax was the sole sponsor, joint bookrunner and joint lead manager; PA Securities was its joint bookrunner and joint lead manager; Canfield Securities and Sinomax Securities were its joint managers Lead manager.
