On December 30, 2022, AustAsia Group Ltd. ("AustAsia Group") (2425.HK) was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. AustAsia Group is offering 30,640,000 shares globally at an issue price of HK$6.40 per share.

 

AustAsia Group is one of the top five dairy farm operators in China. The company has a long history of providing high quality raw milk to a diversified downstream dairy manufacturer customer base, as well as a beef cattle breeding business in China since 2018, and is the first dairy farm operator in China to design, build and operate a large-scale and standardized 10,000-head dairy farm.
