On February 6, 2023, Lichen China Limited (Stock code: LICN) was officially listed on NASDAQ at US$4 per share, offering 4.5 million shares and raising a total of US$18 million.

The company has more than 17 years of professional experience in the tax solutions service industry, has provided professional services to more than 1,500 enterprises and successfully advised 43 companies to list in China and abroad.

 

The listing was conducted by Univest Securities LLC as the sole underwriter.
