Recently, Haiwen & Partners' Hong Kong capital markets practice area welcomed three lawyers, Tom Chau, Zhong Wang and Isaac Chen, to join the firm as partners. Among them:

 

Tom Chau has been practicing for 27 years and is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England and Wales. Mr. Chau's main areas of practice are Hong Kong capital markets, M&A, and permanent legal services for Hong Kong listed companies.

 

Zhong Wang has 21 years of experience in the practice of law, with a focus on Hong Kong capital markets, cross-border investment and mergers and acquisitions, and has frequently been responsible for prospectus writing in Hong Kong IPO projects. Mr. Wang is admitted to the New York State Bar.

 

Isaac Chen has 16 years of experience and focuses his practice on Hong Kong capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and permanent legal services for Hong Kong listed companies. Mr. Chen is admitted to the Bar of England and Wales and the New York State Bar.

 

Prior to joining Haiwen, all three lawyers worked as partners in leading international law firms.
