Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP recently welcomed George Cyriac as a partner to its global corporate transactions team. Subject to regulatory approvals and clearances, George Cyriac will be based in the Singapore office.

George Cyriac practices primarily in the practice areas of corporate and private equity law and has over 20 years of legal services experience. He has acted for leading multinational and Asian companies, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, state-owned enterprises and banks, and has a deep understanding of the different types of corporate transactions throughout Asia. In practice, George is able to advise clients throughout the investment cycle, assisting clients with investments, asset dispositions and complex restructuring projects in all major jurisdictions in Southeast Asia, South Asia and New York.
