Linklaters welcomes Zhihao Zheng to join

Linklaters has recently welcomed Zhihao Zheng as a new partner to its Hong Kong office corporate practice team.
Zhihao Zheng has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, and equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs and other equity businesses. He has led the formulation of takeover and merger policy in Hong Kong and participated in other SFC policy initiatives, and has a deep understanding and proficiency in the use of relevant legal procedures.
Prior to joining Linklaters, Zhihao Zheng was a senior director and head of the acquisitions team at the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong, and a partner in the corporate practice group at Slaughter and May.
