Hankun welcomes partner Lan Yu to join

Han Kun is pleased to announce that Ms. Lan Yu has recently joined the firm as a partner. She will be based primarily in the firm’s Singapore office.
Ms. Yu specializes in private wealth, wealth management and financial services, and cross-border transactions. She has been involved in the home office structure design and tax exemption application, family trust, asset succession planning, asset management license application and identity planning for more than 80 high net worth/ultra high net worth individuals/family offices, and has also provided legal services for many multinational companies with Chinese background in cross-border transactions, joint ventures and corporate governance.
Ms. Yu is a registered foreign lawyer in Singapore, and is qualified to practice law in New York State and the United Kingdom, and is qualified to practice law in China. Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Yu worked for over 10 years in the Singapore office of a U.S. law firm, where she was a partner.
