Freshfields appointed new private capital business partners

Freshfields has announced that Jon Bowden has joined the firm's Global Transactions team as a partner based in its Singapore office.
Jon Bowden specializes in mergers and acquisitions and has over 18 years of experience assisting financial investors and corporate clients in M&A transactions. His addition will further enhance Freshfields' strength and diversity in Asia.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Jon Bowden worked at White & Case.
