Mayer Brown recently announced that Pengyu Li has joined its Corporate and Securities Practice as a partner.

With 15 years of experience, Pengyu Li specializes in advising listed companies, private companies and private equity firms on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, distribution arrangements and secondary disposals across Asia.

Pengyu Li is qualified to practice law in New York State and Hong Kong. Previously, she worked for Debevoise & Plimpton, where she was a member of the firm's corporate practice, Private equity and M&A teams in Hong Kong.
