Recently, Appleby welcome corporate specialist Kitty Chan to join the Shanghai office as Partner and the Hong Kong office as Legal Manager (pending admission as “Registered Foreign Lawyer”).

Kitty has 15 years of experience specializing in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, corporate governance and compliance matters, and regulatory enforcements.

Prior to joining Appleby, Kitty worked in Hong Kong at a top PRC law firm and several leading international law firms, and was seconded to the legal team of a leading global bank.
