Paul Hastings announced that Anna Rips, a leading investment funds lawyer, has joined the firm as a partner in the investment funds practice, based in the New York office. The move further strengthens the firm's growing global funds business.

Anna Rips has extensive experience and knowledge in credit funds and is able to provide clients with valuable breadth and depth of services. She represents fund sponsors, asset managers and investment advisors in the structuring and issuance of U.S. and international private equity funds, including open-end and closed-end funds, hybrid funds across asset classes, seed and strategic investments, joint ventures and other transactions.

Anna Rips started her legal career at Skadden and has over 17 years of experience.
