Cooley LLP has recently announced that David He has joined its Singapore office as a venture capital partner.

With over a decade of professional experience, David He specializes in cross-border equity and debt financing, buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, joint venture formations, corporate restructurings, board fiduciary duty matters, and general corporate governance. His practice spans the full lifecycle of technology enterprise development, from startup financing to exit strategies.

Prior to joining Cooley, David practiced at the Singapore office of Gunderson Dettmer and worked for many years at the San Francisco office of Fenwick & West and the New York office of Davis Polk & Wardwell.
