ZX Inc. listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

China's leading online game product publisher "ZX Inc." was officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with the stock code "9890" on September 28, 2023. The IPO price of ZX Inc. was 14 Hong Kong dollars, raising a net 138 million Hong Kong dollars.

 

ZX Inc. is a technology-driven company that started as a well-known game publishing service provider and has evolved into a platform that covers marketing, operating and incubating interactive entertainment products and brands.

 

CICC and China Securities acted as co-sponsors.

Kirkland & Ellis is the company's legal counsel in Hong Kong and the United States, and Dacheng Law Offices is the company's legal counsel in China. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is the Hong Kong and US legal counsel for the underwriters, and JunHe LLP is the China legal counsel for the underwriters.
