Herbert Smith Freehills welcomes private equity partner to join

Herbert Smith Freehills has welcomed Benjamin Lohr to its Hong Kong office as a Fund and Asset management partner, an appointment that will further expand the firm's private capital practice in Asia.
Benjamin advises global and Asian fund sponsors on fund structuring and raising, as well as secondary market transactions. He has extensive experience in advising sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors on private equity investments in Asia.
