Jia Yuan Law Offices recently announced that Wanda Woo has joined the firm and will be based in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai. Wanda has 18 years of experience in capital markets and has been a partner for many years. Prior to joining the firm, Wanda was a capital markets partner at Allen & Overy Sherman Stirling in Hong Kong.

 

Feng Chaoyi, Gu Wenxin, Lin Puwen, Chen Jiahui, Chen Qinger, Chen Yan, Hu Yufan and Du Yifan will join Jia Yuan along with Wanda Woo.

 

Wanda and her team serve customers in various fields including medical, general health, technology, media and communications (TMT), new economy, autonomous driving, and retail.
