On May 18, Super Hi International Holding LTD ("Super Hi International"), with the stock code "HDL", successfully IPO on NASDAQ in the United States, achieving dual listing of Hong Kong and US stocks. In this listing, Super Hi International shares were issued at $19.56 per share, raising about $52.67 million.

Super Hi International is a spin-off of the overseas business of Haidilao International Holding Ltd., mainly providing Haidilao hot pot services in the international market. The proceeds will be used to strengthen the brand and expand its global store network.

Previously, Super Hi International was successfully listed in Hong Kong on December 30, 2022.
