Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP recently announced the official opening of its Riyadh office.

Founded in 1873 and headquartered in Philadelphia, Morgan Lewis operates more than 30 offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. The Riyadh office marks the firm’s third location in the Middle East. It will focus on providing institutional investors with legal services in cross-border transactions, financing, and dispute resolution, while strengthening collaboration with local Saudi clients in high-growth sectors such as digital infrastructure, energy, funds, aviation, and artificial intelligence.

Dr. Sultan Almasoud, a partner in the M&A and Capital Markets practice, will serve as Managing Partner of the Riyadh office and lead the firm’s Saudi Arabia operations. The office team also includes partners Sara K. Aranjo, Ayman A. Khaleq, Sanjarbek Abdukhalilov, and Sourabh Bhattacharya, along with of counsel Saeed Alqahtani.
