Norton Rose Fulbright recently announced that Jason Chan has joined its Hong Kong office as a partner.

 

Jason Chan focuses his practice on financial regulation, investment funds and virtual assets. He has amassed extensive experience in structuring and establishing various types of funds for clients, providing regulatory advice and supporting related transactions. Meanwhile, he has also long been advising financial institutions on a full range of Hong Kong regulatory and licensing matters, with a particular focus on the securities and asset management sectors.

 

Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, He was a partner at Howse Williams. He also practiced at Dechert, Sidley Austin and Clifford Chance for many years.
