Appleby is pleased to announce the appointment of Lily Miao as Partner in the Corporate department of its Hong Kong office.

 

Lily brings close to 15 years of extensive experience in both offshore and onshore markets in Asia, with a focus on banking and finance transactions, particularly in fund financing. Lily offers guidance to a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from major international and PRC banks and financial institutions to listed and private corporations and investment funds.

 

Prior to joining Appleby, Lily worked at another offshore law firm in Hong Kong, as well as at Clifford Chance’s offices in Hong Kong, London, and Singapore.
