Han Kun Law Offices is pleased to announce that Ms. Bonnie Yung has recently joined Han Kun Hong Kong office as a partner.

Bonnie has extensive experience in general corporate matters and corporate finance transactions. She has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions of listed and private companies in Hong Kong and also initial public offerings in Hong Kong of companies covering a wide spectrum of industries, including information technology, real estate, financial services, retail, manufacturing, and mining. 

Before joining the firm, Bonnie was a partner with Mayer Brown.  Prior to that, she had been a partner with Paul Hastings, a firm where she spent more than eight years.
