Autostreets completed Hong Kong initial public offering

Autostreets Development Limited ("Autostreets") was officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code "2443" on 30 May 2024.

 

Established in 2014, Autostreets is a trading medium connecting buyers and sellers of used cars, facilitating used car transactions through its trading platform in the form of simultaneous auction and online auction.

 

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton served as the Company's Hong Kong and US legal counsel and Zhong Lun Law Firm served as the Company's China legal counsel. Paul Hastings served as the underwriters' Hong Kong and U.S. legal counsel, and Jingtian & Gongcheng served as the underwriters' China legal counsel.
