Elyn Xing specializes in providing a full range of legal services to Asian and Global clients on fund formation and other complex investment-related matters. She has extensive international experience coaching private investment fund sponsors and co-investment vehicles, and has independently managed clients across sectors and different investment strategies, including debt, real estate, growth capital and emerging markets.
