Han Kun Law Offices announced that Mr. Steve Lin has recently joined the firm.

 

Mr. Lin focuses his practice on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, and other general corporate matters, especially full-service legal advice to clients in capital markets in complex legal matters, including initial public offerings and SPAC-related transactions in the United States and Hong Kong SAR.  He has over 15 years of extensive experience in the PRC TMT (technology, media and telecommunications) and new economy spaces, as well as in other sectors such as education, fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, biomedical, and renewable energy.

 

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Lin practiced at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP.

 

Mr. Lin is a partner at Han Kun LLP in New York.  He will split his time between Beijing, Hong Kong and New York City.  He is currently undergoing transfer procedures.
