Dmall Inc. (02586.HK) completed its listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 6, selling a total of 25.774 million shares, raising a total of about HK $779 million.
Dmall Inc. is the largest retail digital solution service provider in China. Its business covers Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Macao Special Administrative Region, Indonesia, the Philippines, Brunei and other countries or regions.
In this deal, Skadden served as the company's Hong Kong and US legal counsel, Haiwen & Partners served as the company's China legal counsel, and Grandall Law Firm served as the company's data compliance counsel. Slaughter and May served as the underwriters' Hong Kong and United States legal counsel, and Jingtian & Gongcheng served as the underwriters' China legal counsel.
