Han Kun Law Offices announced that Mr. Liang (Alex) Tao has recently joined the firm's Hong Kong office as a partner. 

 

Alex Tao has over 20 years of experience and has worked with market-leading companies in China across a wide variety of sectors, including technology, media and telecoms, consumer products, renewable energy, industrial, real estate, and oil and gas. He's practice covers a full spectrum of international capital markets transactions, including high-yield, investment-grade and convertible bond offerings and initial public offerings in the United States and Hong Kong.

 

Prior to joining Han kun, Alex practiced at Milbank LLP, Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman) and Davis Polk & Wardwell.

 

Alex is qualified to practice as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong and is a member of the New York State Bar.
