Melody He focuses on corporate law, securities law, capital market transactions and regulatory compliance, and has practiced both in the U.S. and Hong Kong.

 

Melody has over 25 years of experience serving clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, new energy, life sciences, pharmaceutical, financial services, insurance, consumer goods, real estate, energy, natural resources, retail, food and beverage, and manufacturing.

 

Prior to joining Han Kun, Melody worked at Ashurst, DLA Piper, Morrison & Foerster and Herbert Smith.
