Morrison & Foerster LLP announced that Mr. Xiaoxi Lin has recently joined the firm's Hong Kong office as a partner.

With more than 15 years of legal experience, Mr. Lin specializes in private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and transactions involving publicly listed companies in Asia and the United States. He has a particular focus on advising clients in the technology, data center and digital infrastructure, renewable energy, and life sciences industries.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster LLP, Mr. Lin was a partner at Linklaters LLP.
