Recently, Zhong Lun Law Firm announced that Gary Li has officially joined the firm's Hong Kong office as a partner and co-Director of the International Affairs Committee.

 

Gary Li specializes in private equity, cross-border investment and financing, and corporate mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Zhong Lun, he was a partner in the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. In addition, he was previously senior counsel at Paul Weiss and a partner in the Hong Kong office of Ropes & Gray.
