On March 10, Chifeng Jilong Gold Mining Co., Ltd. ("Chifeng Gold", stock code: 06693.HK) was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Following Zijin Mining and SD Gold, it becomes the third dual-listed "A+H" gold stock in the market. Chifeng Gold offered approximately 206 million shares globally at an issue price of HK$13.72 per share, raising a total of around HK$2.822 billion.
In this transaction, DLA Piper advised the issuer on Hong Kong and U.S. law; Tian Yuan acted as PRC legal counsel to the issuer; REM Law Consultancy provided legal services under Ghanaian law; and ZICOLaw (Laos) Sole Co., Ltd. advised on Laotian law.
