Jones Day recently announced that Frank Voon has joined the Firm’s Corporate Practice as a partner, based in its Hong Kong office.

Frank brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. His practice spans a wide range of industries, including automotive, healthcare and life sciences, mining and energy, real estate, and technology. He has led numerous complex and high-profile transactions throughout his career.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Frank worked at several prestigious law firms including K&L Gates and Allen & Overy.
