On April 14, 2025, Jiangsu Zenergy Battery Technologies Group Co., Ltd. (“Zenergy Battery”, 3677.HK) was officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The issuer priced its global offering at HK$8.27 per share, issuing approximately 120 million shares and raising approximately HK$1.01 billion.

Zenergy Battery is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development and manufacturing of lithium-ion power batteries and energy storage batteries, with complete product development and large-scale manufacturing capabilities from cell, module, BMS to Pack, and the product system covers multiple market segments such as BEV, HEV, PHEV, energy storage, and aircraft batteries.
